Preventive Maintenance
We can offer full maintenance and service packages where we look after your equipment through all weekly maintenance plans to full machines servicing, we specialise in Fuji, Universal, DEK, Siemens equipment although we can support other makes of production equipment. Please call or send your requirements.

Refurbishment
We can provide on site or in our factory refurbishment of your equipment whether its equipment you are using or you have just acquired from other sources.

Equipment / Factory Moves
We can provide decommissioning, shipping and installation of individual equipment to complete lines.

Training
We provide various courses; equipment operations, faultfinding, preventative maintenance, major serving, major parts removal and reinstallation and calibration. We can provide tailored to meet your operations requirements.

On Site Factory Support
If you have engineers/ technicians who are on holidays or cannot be there to support your operations, or just have extra volumes and require cover, we can provide production-trained engineers who can support and ensure your quality and volume requirements are met.

Consultancy
We can provide analytic consultancy to improve line balancing, program management, feeder allocation and set up, introduction of preventative maintenance plans for production equipment, feeders and peripheral equipment ie.board handling.

Feeder Refurbishment
We can provide feeder repair/ refurbishment, all feeders are refurbished; worn parts replaced and then calibrated and tested using our calibration/ test jigs. Feeders are one of the most important process of manufacturing equipment running smoothly let our specialist's come to your site and evaluate your feeder contribution to production and loss of components, who will then provide a detailed evaluation of lost production time and component losage, and provide a cost effective solution to increase productivity and reduce component wastage.

Spare Parts
We hold a large inventory of spare parts for various makes of production equipment, Fuji, Siemens, DEK, Universal and others. We hold original manufactures parts and compatible parts for the lesser budget. We have introduced a Contract Cam Ban system, where by we evaluate your equipment and provide an integrated spare parts stocking on your behalf, hence reducing your operations cost and holding parts which may never be used. There for you only call for spare parts as and when required.
